For Immediate Release
IRLI Sues Obama Administration for Records Concerning Immigration Fraud and Collusion
(Washington, D.C.) - On behalf of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against the Department of State (DOS) to compel it to turn over records concerning, among other things, immigration benefit, passport and visa fraud and possible collusion between U.S. government officials, foreign countries, immigration lawyers and open-borders activists.
IRLI Executive Director, Dale L. Wilcox, commented, "Once again the Obama Administration, which will be remembered as the least transparent administration in history, has stonewalled several FAIR open records requests and we are forced to sue to compel compliance with the law." Wilcox continued, "The records we expect to receive in response to our suit we hope will raise public awareness regarding the systemic fraud and collusion in our immigration system."
The case is entitled, Federation for American Immigration Reform v. U.S. Department of State, Civil No. 1:17-cv-00118, and was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The complaint can be found here:

Looks like it's not over for Obama yet. Some of what he's done - or failed to do is coming back to haunt him. I say good. Even though he's out of office he should be held accountable for his bullshit.
People need to be held accountable for their actions. We all know Obama violated the constitution whenever he felt it was necessary. He must answer for that and so must everyone who followed his orders. We can't let his subordinates get off the hook with the old "I was just following orders" excuse. It didn't cut it at Nuremburg, and it won't cut it now.
Other things he must be held accountable for are whether or not he really is a natural born American citizen. If not, he still must answer for it.
How about his bankster bailouts? We haven't forgotten that one either.
There's also his buddy Shrillary. There's no question she abused email procedures and violated security. There's an account to be settled there as well.
Some liberals are saying we should forget it. He's out now and it's time to move on. Well, maybe eventually, but not yet. How do they expect us to feel? Now that he's out of office the past is forgotten and tomorrow is a bright and shining new day? I don't think so.

Immigration Reform Law Institute Sues Obama Administration for Records Concerning Immigration Fraud and Collusion

I know this is kind of like preaching to the choir, but sometimes it helps to see what we've been saying in a video and to know it's out there for all to see.
If you'd like to leave a comment on the YouTube page here's the link: https://youtu.be/jL1SZTYOSBo
Liberals have visited that page and left their comments which of course are laced with profanities. It seems the left cannot express themselves without obscenities and childish name calling. That's why you virtually never see any of their comments on this blog. My rules for comments are no profanity or insults. They can't seem to comment without either so they don't get published. They might say that I get to read them. Well, partially. At the first insult or obscenity I stop reading and delete them.

While walking down the street one day a Corrupt Senator (that may be redundant) was tragically hit by a car and died.
His soul arrives in heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.
... "Welcome to heaven," says St.. Peter. "Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem. We seldom see a high official around these parts, you see, so we're not sure what to do with you."
"No problem, just let me in," says the Senator.
"Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from the higher ups. What we'll do is have you spend one day in hell and one in heaven. Then you can choose where to spend eternity."
"Really?, I've made up my mind. I want to be in heaven," says the Senator.
"I'm sorry, but we have our rules."
And with that, St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell.
The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a green golf course.
In the distance is a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.
Everyone is very happy and in evening dress. They run to greet him, shake his hand, and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people.
They played a friendly game of golf and then dine on lobster, caviar and the finest champagne.
Also present is the devil, who really is a very friendly guy who is having a good time dancing and telling jokes.
They are all having such a good time that before the Senator realizes it, it is time to go.
Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises.
The elevator goes up, up, up and the door reopens in heaven where
St. Peter is waiting for him, "Now it's time to visit heaven...”
So, 24 hours passed with the Senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud, playing the harp and singing. They have a good time and, before he realizes it, the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.
"Well, then, you've spent a day in hell and another in heaven. Now choose your eternity."
The Senator reflects for a minute, then he answers: "Well, I would never have said it before, I mean heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in hell."
So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down, down to hell...
Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage.
He sees all his friends, dressed in rags, picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls to the ground.
The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulders.
"I don't understand," stammers the Senator. "Yesterday I was here and there was a golf course and clubhouse, and we ate lobster and caviar, drank champagne, and danced and had a great time. Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable. What happened?"
The devil smiles at him and says,"Yesterday we were campaigning. Today, you voted.."

He's yet to be sworn in as the nation's 45th commander in chief, but Donald Trump has already broken the mold of the Republican Party establishment and is reviving the U.S. economy, says David Horowitz, author of the just-released bestselling new book, "Big Agenda: President Trump's Plan to Save America."
"Trump has already changed the Republican Party . . . he's so successful at breaking the mold and attacking political correctness," Horowitz said Tuesday on Newsmax TV's "The Steve Malzberg Show."
Horowitz said his new book reveals Trump's first-100-days strategy and a long-term plan to eliminate the Democrats as a serious political force.
"I think that he's going to exceed expectations because the expectations are so distorted by the Democrats. He isn't even in office and already he's reviving the economy."
Horowitz — a card-carrying liberal turned staunch conservative and founder of the The David Horowitz Freedom Center — praised what he says is Trump's impressive push to create new jobs and keep companies from relocating outside of the United States.
"That's called leadership and that's because he's been so aggressive and that's where Republicans have failed," Horowitz said.
"As you know, Republicans won the House in 2010 by big margins, bigger ones in 2014 and then they voted for all of Obama's programs and the reason was they were scared.
"They didn't want to be called racist, they didn't want to be called obstructionists, and that's kind of what I deal with in my book, how he has changed the mentality of this party and energized this whole conservative base."
In his book, published by Humanix, Horowitz presents a White House battle plan to "halt the Democrats' march to extinguish the values America holds dear."
The plan includes the restoration of Guantanamo, resumption of the Keystone XL pipeline project and end of amnesty for illegal immigrants.
It also calls for "surprising" appointments to Supreme Court and federal judiciary and changes to the Affordable Care Act and EPA.
"This is a manual for fighting the left over the next four years. The big battles are actually coming, not the ones that are over, the ones that are coming," Horowitz said.
He said he believes one of Trump's opening salvos as president will be to commit $85 billion a year to rebuilding the military.
"We live in a very tough world and if you can't back up your words with force, nobody listens to you and that's what's happening with [President Barack] Obama for the last eight years," Horowitz told Malzberg.
Horowitz also defended Trump's criticism of Rep. John Lewis, a Georgia Democrat, who said the billionaire businessman's upcoming four years in the White House are not legitimate.
"This is a pathetic individual. Fifty years ago he got his head cracked with other people and that was a noble effort, 50 years ago. But his mind is stuck in 1965. He thinks that he's fighting segregationists. I mean this is idiotic and the Democrats think this guy walks on water," Horowitz said.
"I think Trump was great saying, take care of your district and fix the crime there and poverty. And the Democrats, as you know, they don't do that. A chapter in this book is called 'The Achilles Heel of the Democratic Party' — [on] their monopoly control of inner cities for 50 to 100 years.
"They just use black people as a battering ram against the Republicans and against white people generally. I think Trump with his New Deal for Black America [is] going to peel off a section of the black community. If he gets 20, 25 percent of the black vote, the Democrats are toast. They cannot win a national election."
Horowitz says he details in "Big Agenda" Trump's secret plan to win over African Americans, ending the Democrats' franchise with this key voting bloc.
"He's got Floyd Mayweather, doesn't he? He even has Steve Harvey who was a big Hillary supporter. It's just the beginning. He's got a three-point plan. Protect people in the inner city," Horowitz said.
"He's going to do this voucher program and get these kids out of the failing schools the Democrats run and give them a shot at the American dream, and he's going to bring jobs to the inner city. The reason there are no jobs there is it's too damn dangerous."
I'm all in favour of this school voucher program. Our schools are among the worst in the world. This is partially due to the fact that the kids run the schools in many states. As a former teacher I could tell you stories you just wouldn't believe are true, but they are. Anyway, I won't go into that now, let's just say in many areas the schools are a mess, in many areas they are not.
In every school you have kids who want and value an education. And you have other kids who are there because "they are being made to go". When the latter outnumbers the former, that school is in trouble.
In schools where the troublemakers outnumber the serious students, one option is to send the serious students to a real school where they can get a real education. The trouble is we're talking private schools and they can be expensive. A voucher system will help real students get away from the losers by helping their parents out financially.
What I like about private schools are that they are exempt from many restrictions imposed on public schools by the liberals while they were in power. When I was a student, my rights were exactly what my parents and teachers told me they were, and that's the way it should be.
The only decisions kids should have in our school system is what elective class to take, what team to try out for, and what they are going to have for lunch. They should have no say whatsoever in school policy. That responsibility is for the teachers, administrators, and parents.
I just had a thought. If a kid over the age of 16 drops out or is thrown out of school for any reason, he or she should go straight to the military. The ARMY would pound some discipline into them damn quick.

President Donald Trump signed immigration actions to build a wall on the U.S. border with Mexico Wednesday.
"We've been talking about this right from the beginning," he said.
The president signed the two orders Wednesday during a ceremony at the Department of Homeland Security after honoring the department's newly confirmed secretary, retired Gen. John Kelly.
The executive orders jumpstart construction of a U.S.-Mexico border wall, one of his signature campaign promises, and strip funding for so-called sanctuary cities, which don't arrest or detain immigrants living in the U.S. illegally. They also included other immigration actions.
Trump, in an interview Wednesday with ABC News, said he expected construction of the wall to begin within months. U.S. taxpayers are expected to pay for the upfront costs, though Trump continues to assert that Mexico will reimburse the money through unspecified means.
"There will be a payment, it will be in a form, perhaps a complicated form," Trump said, adding that negotiations with Mexico would begin soon. Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto, who has insisted his country will not pay for a wall, is to meet with Trump at the White House next week.
The president is said to still be weighing the details of plans to curb the number of refugees coming to the U.S. The current proposal includes at least a four-month halt on all refugee admissions, as well as a temporary ban on people coming from some Muslim-majority countries, according to a source from a public policy organization that monitors refugee issues. The person was briefed on the details of that proposed action by a government official and outlined the plan to The Associated Press.
The officials and the public policy organization source insisted on anonymity in order to outline the plans ahead of the president's official announcements.
Trump campaigned on pledges to tighten U.S. immigration policies, including strengthening border security and stemming the flow of refugees. His call for a border wall was among his most popular proposals with supporters, who often broke out in chants of "build that wall" during rallies.
Well, Trump didn't waste anytime getting started on keeping his promises. His third day in office (not counting the weekend or Friday which was technically a half day) and he's ordered the wall. That's step one. Step two is getting the money for it. Step three is building it. Let's hope there isn't much time lost accomplishing the last two steps - or at least step two.
Once he gets the money allocated it's just a matter of building it, which will mean jobs for engineers, masons (that's bricklayers, not the bad kind of masons), and other blue collar workers.
This is a hopeful sign. What few campaign promises Obama kept, he took longer than three days to get started. I guess he was too busy patting himself on the back and accepting the congratulations of every Black rights organization in the country while having dinner or lunch with them to get down to work straightaway.
I guess he figured that since he was the first Black president it was more important to accept all the kudos first and do his job later. Did he ever do his job? It seems to me every time I turned around he was off on vacation in Martha's Vineyard.
Nice place Martha's Vineyard. That's the town where they filmed "Jaws" and "Jaws 2".
Anyway, at least Trump is getting right to work. That shows me something. We'll have to wait and see if he keeps it up. Never forget though that he's still a systemite and bears watching.

A San Francisco company has posted ads in more than 20 cities nationwide seeking protesters to demonstrate at President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration, offering to pay up to $2,500, The Washington Times reported.
"Get paid fighting against Trump!" bellowed the ad listed on the website backpage.com, The Times reported.
Demand Protest, calling itself the "largest private grassroots support organization in the U.S.," is offering a retainer of $2,500 plus "our standard per-event pay of $50/hr, as long as you participate in at least 6 events a year," The Times reported.
Though reports of paid agitators has been debunked as "fake news," Demand Protest has a working phone number.
"We are strategists mobilizing millennials across the globe with seeded audiences and desirable messages," a message reads on the website. "With absolute discretion a top priority, our operatives create convincing scenes that become the building blocks of massive movements. When you need the appearance of outrage, we are able to deliver it at scale while keeping your reputation intact."
The site also claims to have supported 17 causes, run 48 campaigns, and boasts 1,800 operatives.
What we have here is another case of agent provocateurs - paid agitators. They used them to protest when a Black is killed by a White police officer, and the government uses them to infiltrate many so-called fringe groups including National Socialist groups, Communist groups, and probably even Demand Protest itself. I guess you might say any government paid agent provocateurs within Demand Protest could be considered "double agents".
Perhaps paid protesters are in reality "fake news", but one thing is not fake: Many organizations reimburse their protesters for travel expenses and accommodations if the event is an over-nighter. That's sort of being paid. How many of those demonstrators would have NOT attended if they had to pay their own expenses?
I have been a member of three different activist organizations in my life: The National Socialist American Labor Party (NSALP), Aryan Nations, and the ANP over nearly ten years. During that time I attended three events in excess of 2000 miles away. I paid for all three myself. No salary, no paid expenses. I've also attended numerous other events, some of which were a few hours drive each way. Same thing, no pay, no paid expenses. No one in the ANP is paid or reimbursed for anything. We are not paid agent provocateurs.
I look at it this way, if said protesters are being paid in any way, their voices mean nothing to me. How do I know they would even be there if they weren't being paid in some way? If you're not willing to pay your own expenses, then you don't really care all that much. Low income? If you really care, you'll find a way.
As to the protesters at Trump's inauguration, how many were paid or at least reimbursed for expenses, and how many would not have showed up if they weren't?
One last thing. To all you anti-Trump people who may read this, what's the good of protesting? It's a done deal. Trump is president. Your protests - regardless of how large or even violent will not change a thing. No one has the legal power to legally remove him from office so all your efforts are for nothing. Do you think Trump cares that you hate him? You better believe he doesn't. He regards you with contempt. I say it's time for you to let it go and prepare for the 2020 election. That's the next chance you have to get rid of him, and you had better start now. An incumbent is always harder to beat than a challenger.

Shirley Husar of Urban Game Changers addresses the LA County Board of Supervisors
The LA County Board of Supervisors' passed motions to benefit those illegally in the county and to protect them from deportation. Taking millions of dollars from the county budget. In addition, it was voted upon to establish the Office of Immigrant Affairs, that will take millions of dollars from the county budget.
Pro illegal groups attended the LA County Supervisors meeting and those opposed to the 12/20/16 motions that have been passed by LA County Board of Supervisors to shield people illegally in the county from Trump's incoming administration. The county passed a motion to provide legal services to those facing deportation that will take millions of taxpayer dollars as well as a new Department of Immigrant Services a that will also take millions of taxpayer dollars. Video by Robin Hvidston We The People Rising.
Now I understand that many National Socialists could never work with Blacks on anything, and I'm not suggesting we should. I think that would just be too difficult for many of us on both sides.
All I'm saying is when it comes to illegal immigration, Blacks and Whites have a common enemy, and for us to be fighting each other is sheer madness.
Both Blacks and Whites must fight illegal immigration on their own and in their own way. Both races have the right to self-determination. But if Blacks and Whites fight each other, we are handing victory to the invaders who will destroy both races.

A 6th grade teacher asked her class “How many of you are Hillary fans?” Half the class were, but another fourth didn’t know what a Hillary fan was, and the other fourth, all exect one, didn’t really care. So, just to be on the good side of the teacher, the two fourths of the class raised their hands, and of course, the one half also raised their hands.
There sat young Michael, sadly, the only one who didn’t have his hand raised. The teacher asked him, “so Michael, why aren’t you a Hillary fan?”
Michael said “My parents are Republicans, my brother who’s in college is a Republican, so I am a republican.”
Peeved by the answer, the teacher asked, “so if your parents were idiots and your brother was a moron, what would that make you?”
Michael said “A Hillary fan.”

Since Trump's Inauguration was so well covered by every news outlet in the country, it seems rather redundant to post any kind of an article, so I won't bother. I'll just get right to my commentary.
I did not sit there and watch the entire thing. I could have because it rained like hell here yesterday and I work outdoors so I couldn't go to work, however the news drags things out so much it can get tedious. I did however watch clips of it later and his speech.
The new president talked a lot about putting America and Americans first. As a propagandist, I can tell you that that was exactly what the people wanted to hear. We can only hope that he has at least SOME follow through. He will backslide to a certain degree, but let's hope it won't be too much.
Since he is now the president and nothing can be done about it anyway, the thing to do is give him a chance. Just remember that he is entitled to some time to make the job "his own", and settle in. Let's not expect immediate results. Rome wasn't built in a day, and the United States won't be rebuilt in a day.
The problem for me is I don't think the United States should be rebuilt at all. As my mom used to tell me, when you fix up a clunky old car with a lot of problems, what you still have is an old car with a lot of the same problems. It just looks better. This is just an analogy. I'm not talking about restoring a classic antique from top to bottom. I'm comparing this country to taking an old car, giving it a few new parts and a shiny new paint job and calling it "fixed".
The system is rotten to the core. There is no way to fix this country. We need to tear it down and start again from scratch - the National Socialist way.
When a government no longer serves the people it's time for a new government. - Thomas Jefferson.
However, let's give the man a chance and see what he can do - but I won't be holding my breath.
I was glad to see that the inauguration went off relatively smoothly. There were protest groups there of course, but none of them were able to create any kind of a real disruption. Even that so-called anarchist group that I posted about last Wednesday had little to no effect. I'm not even certain they had any real presence at all. I'm sure some of them came, but not enough to cause any real harm. I guess they were all talk and no action - or perhaps the whole thing was a hoax. Who knows?
That's the trouble with Americans these days. A lot of us talk the talk, but only a few walk the walk.
That can't be us. We HAVE to walk the walk. If we don't, then we can't expect anything to change. Change is created, it just doesn't happen all by itself. If we want change, then we have to be its creators.

We're relentlessly told that we must "never forget" the "Six Million" victims of Hitler and the Nazis. But we hear far less about the vastly greater number of victims of Lenin and Stalin, and the grim legacy of Soviet Communism.
Some 20 million people perished as victims of the Soviet regime, historians acknowledge. Jews played a decisive role in founding and promoting the egalitarian-universalist ideology of Marxism, in developing the Marxist political movement, and in brutally establishing Bolshevik rule in Russia.
With the notable exception of Lenin, who was one-quarter Jewish, most of the leading Marxists who took control of Russia in 1917-20 were Jews, including Trotsky, Sverdlov, Zinoviev, Kamenev and Radek.
The Bolshevik killing of Russia's imperial family is symbolic of the tragic fate of Russia and, indeed, of the entire West.
It's no wonder the Jews would rather we not know about this.
Coincidence that they were mostly Jewish? That's what they'd like you to believe. If you do believe it, are you interested in buying the Brooklyn Bridge? I won't charge too much.
