Secret Order Allows Immigrants to Opt Out of Defending America

By Cathy Burke   |   Sunday, 26 Jun 2016 01:37 PM

Ex-Rep. Tom Tancredo is blasting a "radical" Obama administration order allowing immigrants to opt out of a promise to defend America when they take an Oath of Allegiance to become naturalized citizens.

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced the changes July 21, 2015 – and Congress did nothing to stop it, the former Colorado lawmaker charges in a column for Breitbart.com.

"A candidate may be eligible to exclude these two clauses based on religious training and belief or a conscientious objection," it instructs.

Tancredo was livid about the change.

"The pledge to help defend America was good enough for the 6.6 million immigrants naturalized since 2005, and good enough for the over 15 million naturalized since 1980," he writes for Breitbart, citing figures from the USCIS.

"But Obama’s appointees at the USCIS think that is too much to ask of the 18.7 million estimated legal immigrants eligible today for eventual naturalization or the 750,000 who will be naturalized in the coming year."

He also charged Congress sat idly by while the change went into effect.

"This radical change was implemented while Congress slept," he writes. "Like other Obama actions to undermine our immigration laws, the Republican-controlled Congress has not used its constitutional powers to reverse the administrative action."

"Most Americans will think it extremely odd that the USCIS action with regard to the Oath of Allegiance is not illegal," he adds.

"But the fact is, unelected bureaucrats at the USCIS can change the wording of the Oath without approval of the people’s representatives in Congress. Strange as it sounds, the law as it stands today allows USCIS bureaucrats great leeway in managing the Naturalization process, so Obama’s actions will not be challenged in federal court."

"If they won’t even bar Islamic terrorists from the refugee program, why should we expect them to protect the Oath of Allegiance?" he writes.

Comment:

This is getting more and more absurd.  It's almost surreal.   Immigrants can come here - even illegally.  They can get certain government benefits, free education, and housing assistance.  They don't have to learn English if they don't want to.  Now, should they ever restart the draft, they don't have to be drafted if the choose to "opt out".  Yet everyone of us between the ages of 18 - 25 will be eligible for the draft should it ever be needed again.  Our young people can't opt out.

Even women will be drafted if needed.  The government said now that women are eligible for combat, they are eligible for the draft as well.  In all fairness, they did that one to themselves.  You can't have it both ways.  Either women are not eligible for combat and the draft, or they are eligible for both.  Fair is fair.  Why should the guys have to suffer the draft and nor women?

I say we should have universal military service for both men and women.  Also, any kid who flunks or drops out of high school should automatically be drafted.  Living with a threat like that would certainly keep the so-called "at risk" kids in school.

As a retired teacher I can say that most kids need a good swift kick in the ass every now and again to keep them on task.  How often and how hard vary from kid to kid, but most need it sometimes.  I worked with these kinds of kids so I know first hand  that what they need is proper guidance, reassurance, special educational, and a kick in the ass when necessary.

Investor George Soros Calls for Reconstruction of EU After 'Brexit' Vote

Image: Investor George Soros Calls for Reconstruction of EU After 'Brexit' Vote

Billionaire investor George Soros on Saturday called for thorough reconstruction of the European Union in order to save it, even though he warned that Britain's vote to leave the bloc makes "disintegration of the EU practically irreversible."

Soros, who warned of financial meltdown if Britain voted to leave the EU before Thursday's referendum, also said the effects of the decision will likely damage Britain.

"Britain eventually may or may not be relatively better off than other countries by leaving the EU, but its economy and people stand to suffer significantly in the short to medium term," he wrote in a commentary on the website Project Syndicate.

Soros made huge profits in 1992 by betting against the British pound as it crashed below the preset level and had to be withdrawn from the European Exchange Rate Mechanism.

He warned of a similar meltdown earlier this week, before the vote, predicting a Brexit victory would send the pound down by at least 15 percent, and perhaps more than 20 percent, to go below $1.15, in an article in British newspaper The Guardian.

In the event, sterling fell around 10 percent on Friday, hitting a 31-year low, but never went below $1.32. It is not known if Soros bet against the pound. A Soros spokesman declined to comment on whether the investor made money on bets placed on Brexit.

"Now the catastrophic scenario that many feared has materialized, making the disintegration of the EU practically irreversible," wrote Soros. "The financial markets worldwide are likely to remain in turmoil as the long, complicated process of political and economic divorce from the EU is negotiated."

He said the consequences for the real economy would be comparable to the financial crisis of 2007-2008.

Soros said the EU had broken down and ceased to satisfy its citizens' needs and aspirations. Nevertheless, he called for support to reconstruct it.

"After Brexit, all of us who believe in the values and principles that the EU was designed to uphold must band together to save it by thoroughly reconstructing it," he wrote. "I am convinced that as the consequences of Brexit unfold in the weeks and months ahead, more and more people will join us."

Comment:

Soros is a Jew Judeo-Capitalist who profits off of the uniform business laws of the EU.  The UK is a huge market so naturally he is against their leaving.  In the long run, Brexit will cost him some of his precious profits.  Too bad.  He'll get no sympathy from me, nor any of you, I'm sure.

I also believe he is right when he says disintegration of the EU is inevitable.  Once the other disgruntled EU countries see that nothing terrible will happen to Britain's economy, many of them will vote to leave as well.

I hope he is wrong though, about more and more people joining him in trying to save the EU.  He'd better face it.  The EU is dying.  Better to put it out of its misery now than drag it out making it harder on Europe in the long run.

Countries who leave the EU will suffer from short term problems.  But they can't begin to solve those problems and get through them until AFTER they leave the EU.  The sooner the EU dissolves, the sooner Europe can put itself back together again.

Spate of racist attacks blamed on Brexit vote

Camilla Turner
26 JUNE 2016 • 6:58PM

The vote for Brexit has been blamed for a spate of racist attacks over the weekend - including “no more Polish vermin” cards posted through letter boxes and allegedly racist graffiti daubed across a Polish cultural centre.

Baroness Warsi suggested that the “divisive and xenophobic” Leave campaign bore responsibility for the "problems on our street", adding that a series of "really disturbing" hate crimes had taken place since the vote for Brexit.

Cambridgeshire Constabulary were investigating reports that laminated signs reading "Leave the EU - no more Polish vermin" had been posted to members of the Polish community in Huntingdon.

Detective Superintendent Martin Brunning said: “The production and distribution of this and any other similar material is committing the crime of inciting racial hatred,” adding that it carries a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.

The Polish President’s spokesman said the posters were “pure racism” and demanded that Boris Johnson and Nigel Farage condemn “this outrageous barbarity”.

Meanwhile, suspected racist graffiti was daubed across the front entrance of the Polish Social and Cultural Association (POSK) in Hammersmith, west London.

The Metropolitan police said they were called to the cultural centre on Sunday morning to investigate an “allegedly racially motivated criminal damage” and that inquiries are ongoing.

Neither POSK nor the police would confirm the content of the message, which has since been washed off.

Greg Hands MP, chief secretary to the Treasury and MP for Hammersmith and Fulham wrote on Twitter: “Let us all say it loud and clear that Poles are incredibly welcome in the UK and the word ‘Solidarity’ never felt more appropriate."

Baroness Warsi, who switched from backing Leave to Remain citing the Brexit camp’s "lies and hate", called on leaders of the Leave campaign to "come out and say that the campaigning was divisive and was xenophobic and give a commitment that future campaigning and the way that they intend to run this country will be united, will make people from all backgrounds feel like they belong".

She told Sky news: “I've spent most of the weekend talking to organisations, individuals and activists who work in the area of race hate crime, who monitor hate crime.

“They have shown some really disturbing early results from people being stopped in the street and saying look, we voted Leave, it's time for you to leave”.

His picture with the caption “My home town of Newcastle. This afternoon. I feel like I am back in the 1980s” was retweeted thousands of times.

“I’ve never had a day of so many people telling me to go back to Africa,” Mr Olusoga told The Telegraph.

“There are those who have seen this [vote] as legitimising views they have long held but have previously been more cautious about expressing. I think now a lot of people feel emboldened.”

Newcastle, England.  Yes, this is where Newcastle Ale is made.

Max Fras, a 34-year-old consultant, said that while queueing in Tesco in Gloucester on Saturday a man became agitated and started shouting: “This is England, foreigners have 48 hours to f**k right off. Who is foreign here? Anyone foreign?”

Fras, who moved from Poland to the UK 12 years ago, said the experience was “very unpleasant”.

Stephanie Yeboah, 27, said that while on her way to work at an advertising firm on Great Portland Street on Friday morning, a group of young men shouted at her “make Britain white again”.

“They were waving British flags and shouting at passersby who weren’t white,” said Miss Yeboah, whose grandparents came to the UK from Ghana to study. “It made me feel very uneasy.”

From resistance to its entry and rows over contributions to monetary policy disputes and threats to leave, Britain has had a bumpy ride within the European Union.

Comment:

If these "closet racists" had come out of the closet years ago, things wouldn't have gotten as bad as they have.  That goes for every country - including the United States.

It's our fault every bit as much as the liberal left's.

The fight has begun in Europe.  We are winning there.  But not here.  We're still suffering from the disease of apathy.  We need to be shaken out of our complacency and start fighting back here too.

What's happening in Europe proves we can win - but only if we are willing to take action.  What actions have you taken lately?

I forgot...

I'm not going to bother posting a story because this is old news by now.  I was so concerned about the results of the Brexit election last Thursday, that I neglected to mention that on the same day, the Supreme Court tied on a decision of whether or not Obama had the right to use Executive Orders to give amnesty to millions of illegal aliens.  The tie means that the decision of the lower court stands.  NO AMNESTY.

As this was a tie, it can be brought before the SCOTUS again, but they won't do that until another justice is appointed to break the tie.  That won't be happening until after the presidential election.

Here's the rub:  If Trump is elected, the new appointee will vote NO on amnesty.  If Shrillary is elected she will appoint someone who will vote YES.  She has already stated that if she is elected she will work to get these people their amnesty, and expand legal immigration.

She's counting on the majority of Mestizo-Americans and White liberals being enough votes for her to win.  She may very well be right.  The race is too close to call.  Plus she's using the old "It's time for a woman in the White House" crap.  Those two factors may win her the election.

However if she does win, we can use that in our favor.  If she does get to the White House, things will continue to deteriorate at an even faster rate.  History has shown that the worse things are, the more the people are willing to accept National Socialism.  I guess we're the party of last resort for them. So be it.  If that's what it takes for us to be accepted by the mainstream, then that's the way it will be.

This Is A Good One!

Kenya upholds use of anal exam to determine sexual orientation

Court in country where same-sex relations are a crime dismisses argument that exam is torture and degrading treatment
Kenyan protesters wear masks during a rally against Uganda’s laws on LGBT rights.

A Kenyan court has upheld the use of anal examinations to determine a suspect’s sexual orientation, dismissing the argument that the procedure amounts to torture and degrading treatment.
There was no violation of rights or the law, Mombasa high court judge Mathew Emukule said on Thursday. “I find no violation of human dignity, right to privacy and right to freedom of the petitioners,” he said.
Two men had sought a court ruling to stop enforced anal examinations and HIV tests of men accused of being gay after they were subjected to the procedures.
The two were arrested in a bar near Ukunda, a town along Kenya’s Indian Ocean coast, in February 2015 on suspicion of engaging in homosexual sex, a criminal offence in Kenya. They still face the charges and, if convicted, could be jailed for 14 years.
In their petition, the men said the anal examinations and HIV and hepatitis B tests they were forced to have amounted to torture and degrading treatment.
The judge said the petitioners should have used their lawyers to seek injunction orders to avoid undergoing the tests.
“I sat in court holding my chin in disbelief,” said Eric Gitari, the executive director of the Kenyan National Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission, which has supported the petition. He said the men would appeal.
“It’s so painful when we are trying to encourage the gay community to go to court to affirm their rights; the courts are instead affirming violation of their rights,” Gitari said.
The judgment means that someone can be arrested on a rumour that they are gay and subjected to these tests, he said. “Do we want to use the nation’s scarce resources on this?”
Amnesty International condemned the ruling. “Forcible anal examinations of men suspected of same-sex relationships is abhorrent, and violates the prohibition of torture and other ill-treatment under international law. They should not be allowed to continue,” said director for East Africa, Muthoni Wanyeki.
“It is also absurd as the government has no business proving or disproving consensual homosexual activity. It’s a violation of the right to privacy.”

Comment:
Perhaps I'm ignorant of what they mean by "anal exam".  If it's just a doctor looking at someone's butt, how is this torture?  It seems to me that a prostate exam is more uncomfortable, or at least about the same.
As for dignity, well they know the law there.  As I said a few days ago about Singapore:  Their country, their rules.  The same applies to Kenya.  If you don't like a law, you work to change it.  But until it's changed you obey that law or face the consequences.  Even Thoreau in his essay "Civil Disobedience" said you have to be prepare to accept the consequences of your actions.
That's something most people don't want to do.  They don't want to accept the consequences of what they've done.  No, they'd rather blame someone else.  It's never their fault, always someone else's.  That's pure bullshit.  You're responsible for your own actions and nobody else.

I wonder what Kenya's Native Son Barack Obama has to say about this?

WE WON!

Great Britain Votes To Get OUT Of The European Union!
 Kate McCann, senior political correspondent
24 JUNE 2016 • 10:11AM London Time

David Cameron has resigned as Prime Minister after Britain voted to leave the European Union.

It followed a turbulent night with Remain campaigners quietly confident until the early hours when results from Newcastle and Sunderland showed better than expected returns for the Brexit camp.

A surprise victory for a Brexit in Swansea, which was expected to vote to Remain, did little to dampen concerns despite Scotland overwhelmingly backing staying in the Union.

Other votes in Wales began to show a trend towards a surprise Leave vote, particularly in deprived communities.

Big wins for David Cameron's campaign in London and Oxford did little to allay fears that early predictions had been wrong, as the pound began to tank - down by 6% by around 1pm.

Leave passed the finishing post just after 6am, as it became clear that nothing could swing the vote back in favour of the Remain campaign.

With the Leave campaign securing 52 per cent of the vote, Mr Cameron addressed the nation in an emotional speech outside 10 Downing Street to announce that he would be stepping down.

Statements are expected to be made by Sinn Fein and the SNP later today calling for a breakaway from the Union. London backed Remain but the turnout was lower than expected because of bad weather.

Meanwhile on the market, the FTSE 250 index has plunged a whopping 11.7pc. The index of so-called mid-cap companies had dropped an astonishing 2,017 points to 15,309 in the first few minutes of trading.

Will the UK continue to be a member of Nato?

Anders Fogh Rasmussen, the Nato secretary general, has issued an extraordinary statement on Brexit, Matthew Holehouse writes.

It insists that the UK will "remain a strong and committed Nato Ally". This is clearly wishful thinking.

Trident, the territorial integrity of the UK, and the ability of the public finances to sustain the current defence commitments are in serious jeopardy.

Mr Fogh Rasmussen said: "The British people have decided to leave the European Union. As it defines the next chapter in its relationship with the EU, I know that the United Kingdom's position in NATO will remain unchanged.

"The UK will remain a strong and committed NATO Ally, and will continue to play its leading role in our Alliance.

"Today, as we face more instability and uncertainty, NATO is more important than ever as a platform for cooperation among European Allies, and between Europe and North America.

"A strong, united and determined NATO remains an essential pillar of stability in a turbulent world, and a key contributor to international peace and security.

"The Alliance remains committed to closer cooperation with the European Union. At the Warsaw Summit in July, we will step up our cooperation, because together we are more effective in upholding our common values and keeping our nations safe."

The EU reacts to UK Brexit vote

Poland’s foreign minister said the British leave vote “is bad news for Europe and bad news for Poland", Matthew Day writes.

Britain leaving the EU would deprive Poland’s euro-sceptic of a key alley in Brussels, casts a huge cloud of uncertainty over the status of hundreds of thousands of Poles working in the UK.

“First it means destabilisation for the UK. There is a great dilemma for the euro-crats: we all want to keep the EU, but in what shape.”

Viktor Orban, the Hungarian prime minister, said Brussels must now listen to the voice of the people and that is “the biggest lesson” of the referendum.

Tomas Prouza, the Czech secretary of state for EU affairs, said: “I’m sad that fear-mongering has won over reason and the willingness to face the world together.

"However, we have to respect fully the result, and have a thorough soul-searching on how to make Europe understandable again to the people.

"Many across the EU have lost faith, preferring nationalists and xenophobes, and we need to work very hard to explain why Europe still makes sense.”

A senior ally of Angela Merkel has opened the door to Scotland joining the EU, Matthew Holehouse writes.

Manfred Weber, the leader of the conservative bloc in the European parliament who is close to Merkel,  says there are “upcoming decisions on the national levels” for Scotland and Northern Ireland “to go another way.”

“It is up to them but Europe to welcome new member states. That is totally clear. Those who want to stay are welcomed in the European Union.”

He says Article 50 talks must begin “immediately”. “We cannot wait for a Tory party to elect a new prime minister.”

“We have the will of the British people on the table. The question is now to implement it. We must do this very quickly. The continent of Europe cannot be occupied by an internal Tory party battle of who is the next leader of Great Britain.”

“This is a British problem,” he says, noting that the pound is tanking but not the Euro. “Britain has a bigger problem than the European Union.”

Donald Trump: Brexit vote is 'a great thing'

Donald Trump, the US presidential hopeful, has arrived in the UK and said he is "very happy" about the Brexit vote.

Presidential hopeful Donald Trump said it is a "great thing" that the people of the UK have "taken back their country" in voting to leave the EU, as he touched down at his golf resort in Scotland, Simon Johnson writes.

The billionaire arrived in his "Trump" emblazoned helicopter at the Turnberry resort in South Ayrshire to officially open the revamped resort he bought in 2014, just an hour after Prime Minister David Cameron said he intended to stand down in October.

He gave a thumbs-up as he left his helicopter and shook hands with workers on his way to the hotel before making the comments about the EU referendum result.

He said: “I think it's a great thing that happened, an amazing vote, very historic. We're very happy. Asked why people voted for Brexit, he said: “People are angry. All over the world they're angry.”

Asked if he took heart from the result for his own campaign, Mr Trump said: “We're doing very well in the United States and essentially the same thing is happening in the United States.

“They are angry over borders, they are angry over people coming into the country and taking over and nobody even noticing. They are angry about many, many things.”

Asked to specify where people were angry, he said: “The UK, the US, many other places. It will not be the last.”

The billionaire mogul predicted the divisions caused by the referendum would “heal” and said it would bode well for his campaign.

“You know I said this would happen. I think it is a great thing. We will see but I think it will be a great thing. Basically, they took their country back,” he said.

Brexit is just the beginning

Jean-Luc Mélenchon, French firebrand leftist MEP, said that France would have voted to the leave the EU if asked. "This is the end of a world that begins with this Brexit," he told France Info radio.

"This teaches a lesson to the whole of Europe - either we change it or we leave it. This is the time for a plan B."

He described the current EU as "dead, killed by privileges for the cast of Eurocrats, by permanent lies, by the politics of flexibility...Everyone has had enough."

He said that already the "five president of the EU" had started "the process of drawing up a new (EU) treaty".

"Once again, they are doing so in hiding. Once again leaders are not talking. I fear a domino effect."

"The daily reality of Europe doesn't correspond at all to what the EU tried to start 30 years ago at least. Germany must stop ceaselessly telling other peoples what's best for them. France must have some willpower and make proposals. It's not that much to ask to live ones life working and being paid in a dignified way, receiving healthcare and education. All this is cast into question with the EU."

Corbyn calls for Government to start EU withdrawal immediately

Jeremy Corbyn has provoked a furious backlash from Labour MPs after calling on the Government to immediately start the process of withdrawing from the European Union.

The Labour leader said that Article 50 needs to be "invoked now" in response to the EU referendum result because "many communities are fed up with cuts and economic dislocation.

Labour MPs, who repeatedly warned that Mr Corbyn was failing to do enough during the referendum campaign, said he was "absolutely crazy".

Final results come in

The final results have come in and the nation voted 52% for leave, 48% for remain.

Schulz: EU must fight to avoid chain reaction

Martin Schulz, the president of the European Parliament, said he would speak with German Chancellor Angela Merkel "on how we can avoid a chain reaction" of other EU states following.

"The chain reaction that is being celebrated everywhere now by euroskeptics won't happen," he said.

The EU was the biggest single market in the world and "Great Britain has just cut its ties with that market," Schulz said.

"That'll have consequences and I don't believe other countries will be encouraged to follow that dangerous path."

"I am not shocked," he said of the results of the British referendum, adding: "We were prepared."

'Anti-EU contagion will spread'

La Stampa newspaper says there is now a profound risk of anti-EU contagion, with anti-Brussels sentiments spreading around the continent.

A recent poll found that 48 per cent of Italians would leave the EU if given the chance to vote in their own referendum.

"The United Kingdom has spoken. And its voice is being heard by the whole world," the daily says in an analysis piece this morning.

Latest: Netherlands call for EU referendum

Geert Weilders, the Dutch parliamentary party leader, has called for the Netherlands to hold a referendum on its EU membership.

'It was all about immigration'

Ben Farmer speaks to activists in Lancaster about the key issues that swung the campaign to leave.

For the defeated Remain campaigners in Lancaster, there is no doubt about the campaign's most powerful issue.

Traditionally strong Labour working class estates strongly rejected the EU because of fears over immigration and jobs.

James Groves, referendum agent for the In campaign, said: "We are a very diverse district and in the Lancaster town part of it, a liberal university town, every single district voted to remain.

"Over the river in Morecambe and Lunesdale, pretty much every urban ward voted to leave.

"There's no doubt that the big swing was in wards which are solid Labour.

He went on: "It was all about immigration and jobs and I think we have to look at why that resonated so much."

Comment:

I just can't believe it!  This is a HUGE victory for the Aryan Race!  We actually have a real chance to save our Folk.

I have to admit that I was thinking the Remainers would win.  However, as Ben Franklin said, "Hope for the best, prepare for the worst."

That's just what I did, and it made this moment even better.

The Bank Of England has already stated that the pound has dropped in value on the international market, but they were prepared for that.  They said they have a plan.  I hope so.  But as I said before, the British will weather this financial storm and come out better than they were before.

So the Prime Minister resigned?  Good riddance.  He's done nothing but lead the British people down the path of destruction.  He won't be missed.  If Jeremy Corbin (a sort of British Donald Trump) is elected the new PM, they'll be out of the EU by the end of the year, and all those non-White immigrants who have not yet gotten permanent permission to remain in the country will be sent packing.  He will also try and find any legal excuse to give those who have their British version of a Green Card the boot as well.

Now that the Netherlands is calling for their own "Netherexit" vote", I'll bet France will do likewise.  Austria also wants out.  After the next German federal elections, Merkel will be history and the Fatherland will exit as well.  That wilI mean the EU is DEAD!

Maybe we shouldn't wait.  Perhaps we should take up a collection and send a nice funeral wreath to Brussels right now.

Comrades, you don't think this victory came easy, do you?  No way.  The Leavers worked their "bloody arses" off for this.  They campaigned, handed out literature, made phone calls, put up billboards, bought ad space in the papers, and ad time on TV and radio.  They earned this win with hard work.

If we expect to get anything close to this type of victory in the United States, we have to work just as hard.  But this proves we can win against the liberal left.  This is a major blow to their New World Order.  Poor liberals!  I feel so sorry for them - NOT!

Okay, time to stop gloating.  I guess I should show a little class about this.

Today Is The Day

Comrades, I'm going to refrain from making much of a post today.  Today is an important election in Great Britain.  It's the day we find out whether they will be leaving the European Union, or staying.  If they leave, this could very well mean the end of the EU as France and Germany can't support the poorer members without Britain's financial support.

This is a major event for Aryan Europe.  If they vote to leave, we have a chance to save some of our ancestral fatherlands from the invading hordes of non-Whites (mostly Muslims).  If they vote to stay, I very much fear that our Folk has doomed itself to eventual extinction.  Our homelands will fall to the non-Whites, and without homelands, we will be finished - or worse.  We'll end up like the Jew used to be:  People without a country.

Being overseas, it is doubtful we'll hear anything until Friday.  If we lose and the UK stays, it means they have sold their souls to the Judeo-Capitalists for a cushier lifestyle - at the expense of their children's future.  If they do this, they deserve neither pity nor help from us.  Unfortunately we'll also suffer as our fatherlands disappear forever - and us along with it.  I very much fear that if the Remainers win, the only hope left for us is revolution.

The polls say the numbers are very close.  We'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out.  Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope that the British people think more of their children's future, than a cushier present for themselves.  I hope they will, but I won't count on it.

Huckabee: 'Guilty Liberals' Forced FBI to Release Orlando Killer

Newsmax

Image: Huckabee: 'Guilty Liberals' Forced FBI to Release Orlando Killer
Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee says the Islamic State sympathizer gunman who shot dead 49 people at a gay nightclub beat an FBI investigation of his terrorist ties thanks to pressure from "guilty liberals."

"If you're wondering how such an obvious ticking time bomb as Orlando mass murderer Omar Mateen was somehow overlooked by our massive federal security apparatus, it turns out that was deliberate," Huckabee wrote on his official website.
"So why in the world did they drop the investigation and walk away after 10 months? They bought his claim that he was teasing his co-workers because he thought they were trying to marginalize him for his Muslim faith," Huckabee said.
"In other words, they were more willing to believe that all his American co-workers were bigots than that he might be a danger to society. He'd learned to speak the language of political correctness well and used it to manipulate guilty liberals."

Huckabee said that at the same time the Obama administration was "arguing for the right to gather electronic data on every US citizen, including reporters, it was abandoning real leads."

As well, he said, the administration was "killing a serious terrorist investigative unit and deleting its files, and removing experts and training materials on how to identify threats, all because those things might be seen as culturally insensitive to Muslims. This is how political correctness kills, and it just set a new U.S. record."
"Feds: 'If you see something, say something!' Citizen: 'I see something.' Feds: 'Bigot!"'

Huckabee dropped his bid for the 2016 GOP presidential nomination in February and last month endorsed Donald Trump.

Comment:

Mateen certainly was slick.  He went around talking like a Muslim extremist, and after he had everyone believing him, he basically said he was kidding and you are all a bunch of racists.  That way, if he accidentally did or say anything suspicious, people would either ignore him, or think he's just goofing around again.

This guy knew all about White guilt and political correctness and was playing on it.  Unfortunately he did a damn good job.

Comrades, it's because of all the PC crap going around that it is so important that we speak our minds and not be bullied or shamed into keeping quiet.  Be tactful, of course, but always speak up for the truth.

The ANP stands up for the truth.  It's one of our goals to get to the truth and see to it that it's spread around and not covered up in the name of political correctness.

Remember, the truth can NEVER be racist.  It may be ugly or unpleasant, but never racist.  The truth may be embarrassing to some - even offensive, but if it's the truth then it's our duty to report it.

We do this by our online activities, and by handing out literature.  So now that winter is over with, let's get out there and hand it out and spread the truth.

A new report sheds light on abused immigrants

ALEX SAMMON, JUN. 15, 2016 6:00 AM

It's been an ugly year for the seafood industry. Investigative reports by both the AP and the New York Times exposed widespread reliance on forced and slave labor from international seafood suppliers across Southeast Asia, prompting President Obama to sign the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act in February. The bill banned the import of goods produced with forced labor, a concerted conclusion to months of startling headlines.

But labor abuse in the seafood sector isn't a problem confined to Asia. A report published Wednesday by the labor group the National Guestworker Alliance suggests that some US seafood workers also experience abusive conditions. The report focuses on the experiences of undocumented and H2-B visa guestworkers shucking, peeling, and boiling shrimp and crawfish at seafood processing plants in New Bedford, Mass. and along the Louisiana Gulf Coast. Around 69 percent of shrimp produced in the US comes from the Gulf Coast.

According to the NGA report, the US seafood industry has relied heavily on H2-B guestworkers and undocumented immigrants to drive down labor costs to stay price competitive with international producers. A 2009 survey in New Bedford found that nearly 75 percent of the workers in its seafood processing industry were undocumented immigrants. The US Department of Labor certified over 5,700 H2-B visas for seafood related positions in 2014, a marked 15 percent increase over 2013.

Because employers grant H2-B visas, those on the receiving end are particularly vulnerable. Due to threats of retaliation by employers—including firing, which can result in deportation—guestworkers are often hesitant to report mistreatment. "Hours were long, wages were bad, housing was terrible—but we were all afraid that if we spoke up, we would lose our jobs, our housing, and our ability to ever come back to the US to work," longtime H-2B guestworker Olivia Guzman Garfias told the NGA.

Here are some more striking details from the NGA's report:

  • In housing provided by processing companies in both the Louisiana Gulf and New Bedford, Mass., workers reported living with up to 20 people per trailer, without access to proper sanitation and sometimes with strict curfews.

  • Of the 126 seafood workers surveyed in New Bedford, 25 percent reported having been injured on the job. The majority of workers reported having to purchase their own safety equipment. 44 percent reported not being paid for overtime work.

  • At times, piece rates for pounds of shrimp prorated to levels well below minimum wage, as low as $2 per hour, and employers sometimes failed to pay promised rates. According to NGA Organizing Director Jacob Horwitz: "Stealing wages is standard business practice. The financial incentive to underpay guestworkers is far greater than the risk of getting caught."

  • Female workers experienced sexual harassment and verbal abuse in the workplace as well as in company-provided housing. Some women spoke of unwanted sexual advances by company brass, and of being fired for rebuffing such advances.

There's a chance that you've bought seafood processed by exploited workers. The suppliers surveyed by the NGA distribute shrimp, crawfish, crab, and oysters to major national grocery chains, with a handful having sold to low-cost titan Walmart. (The company has cut ties with some of the suppliers, including CJ's Seafood; read more in this in-depth Mother Jones piece on guest worker abuse).

A Walmart spokesperson issued this statement to Mother Jones in response to questions about the NGA's report: "We care about the men and women in our supply chain, and Walmart's Standards for Suppliers lists our social and environmental expectations for our suppliers, specifically addressing working conditions, voluntary labor, pay, the cultivation of a safe and healthy work environment, and freedom of association."

The NGA's report was presented at the International Labour Organization's International Labour Conference, a meeting of delegates from governments, workers, and employers of ILO member states, staged May 30-June 10 in Geneva, Switzerland. The NGA, working in concert with the Asia Floor Wage Alliance (AFWA), exhorted the ILO to help bring an end to exploitative labor practices and protect migrant workers in global supply chains. The group put forth a number of possible solutions, calling for global legal regulation, acknowledgement of living wages as a basic human right, and expanded access to organizing for the migrant workforce.

Comment:

This is just one area of American industry where Judeo-Capitalists are abusing foreign labor.  This is the reason I often refer to these workers as "cheap, exploitable labor".  This is the reason big business wants to increase foreign labor.  American workers wouldn't take this kind of abuse, but most foreign worker will. They are either desperate for money, or afraid to file a complaint - or both.

Now you might say that if they stayed where they belonged they wouldn't be suffering like this.  This is true.  That's why we MUST curb immigration both legal and illegal.  It's as much for their benefit as ours.

Immigration is not just a matter of racialism and nationalism.  It's not just about doing what's right for American workers.  It's also about seeing that the fat cats don't get rich off of human suffering and exploitation.

How do we do this?  We cut off their supply of cheap, exploitable labor by either deporting them or sending them back to where they came from.

More Americans Fighting Back Against Corruption

6/13/16 Inglewood City Hall - Inglewood, CA
Preliminary Report by Robin Hvidston

Chanell Temple and Herbert Baker organized a demonstration and a drop-in visit to the office of Inglewood Mayor James Butts  as well as a visit to the Inglewood Police Station.

A reporter with Los Angeles National Public Radio station KPCC covered the event.

Black Citizens in Inglewood are concerned about not being Represented by Tax-Paid Officials and the Leadership in Inglewood. There have been attempts made to communicate with certain Inglewood Officials and nothing has happened.

Black Inglewood Citizens are expressing their concerns about the following problems:

No Representation from Local Officials in regards to our concerns.

Safety of Citizens and their family members.

Incarceration of Black Citizens and family members.

Inglewood attack team is in violation of Civil and Human Rights.

The destruction of our Black Community with harassment tactics on a daily basis.

Lack of Jobs for Blacks and signs of Racial Discrimination from employers in Inglewood.

Benefits being denied but given to others (after Blacks have worked for decades).

Mass illegal Immigration and the effect it has on our Black Community.

No assistance from the Inglewood or the local Government, but millions of dollars are being spent to assist their special interest groups.

We have had Enough and we want our grievances heard, we want opened communication.

Blacks in Inglewood have NO Recourse but to file grievances concerning the above issues. We will continue to take action and file grievances until our voices are heard. Inglewood has received decades of Tax money from Black Citizens and now refuse to hear our grievances concerning our Civil and Human Rights.

Comment:

When it comes to immigration - both legal and illegal, Blacks are in the same boat as Whites.  In fact, it's even worse for them.  Most immigrants take unskilled jobs, and there are more unskilled Blacks than Whites in California.  So it really hits them hard.

Also, Blacks outnumber Whites in Inglewood, but not Mestizos.  Again, they are in the same boat we are.

All too many WN's consider Blacks the enemy.  It's Nigger this and Coon that.  Maybe they are the enemy of the White race, but right now both our races have a common enemy.  For Whites and Blacks to be fighting today is like two idiots fighting in a house while the wolf is pounding at the door and after both of them.  It makes no sense at all.

Now I'm not saying Blacks and Whites should fight side by side.  I don't think that would work.  But we both should be fighting our mutual enemy and coordinating our efforts like separate, but allied groups.

Both races need to put aside our years of animosity towards each other and concentrate on the enemy bent on destroying BOTH of us.  If we don't, one of these days we'll wake up and find we are in a Latin country and it's too late to do anything about it.  The next step after that will be subjugation, and then extinction.  You hard core WN's had better think about this before it's too late.
