Lunches seized from kids in debt at Salt Lake City elementary

First Published Jan 29 2014 05:29 pm • Last Updated Jan 29 2014 11:06 pm

Up to 40 kids at Uintah Elementary in Salt Lake City picked up their lunches Tuesday, then watched as the meals were taken and thrown away because of outstanding balances on their accounts — a move that shocked and angered parents.
"It was pretty traumatic and humiliating," said Erica Lukes, whose 11-year-old daughter had her cafeteria lunch taken from her as she stood in line Tuesday at Uintah Elementary School, 1571 E. 1300 South.
Lukes said as far as she knew, she was all paid up. "I think it’s despicable," she said. "These are young children that shouldn’t be punished or humiliated for something the parents obviously need to clear up."
Jason Olsen, a Salt Lake City District spokesman, said the district’s child-nutrition department became aware that Uintah had a large number of students who owed money for lunches.
As a result, the child-nutrition manager visited the school and decided to withhold lunches to deal with the issue, he said.
But cafeteria workers weren’t able to see which children owed money until they had already received lunches, Olsen explained.
The workers then took those lunches from the students and threw them away, he said, because once food is served to one student it can’t be served to another.
Olsen said school officials told the district that their staffers typically tell students about any balances as they go through the lunch line and send home notifications to parents each week.
The district attempted to contact parents with balances via phone Monday and Tuesday, Olsen said, but weren’t able to reach them all before the child-nutrition manager decided to take away the students’ lunches.
Comment:
I don't know if I can properly comment on this one, but I'll try.  Of all the heartless things I've ever heard of!  Taking food away from children because their parents are behind on their bills.  I could partially understand it if it were high school kids, but elementary school?  It makes me sick to think of how those little ones felt.  I bet the other children were laughing at them too.
The education system is supposed to help our children, not take away their food because they can't pay. If this doesn't prove how heartless the Judeo-Capitalist system is I don't know what will.
Folks, it's time for a change.  It's time we brought down this rotten system that will even deny food to small children.  Anyone who doesn't agree with me on this can got to - you know where.  I'm sorry, but this one has really infuriated me.
I call upon everyone who reads this blog but is not an Official ANP Supporter to become one today.  We have all got to work together if we want to stop this sort of practice.  If I lived in that school district I'd go down to my registrar of voters office and run for school board.  That's the way we're going to make change:  Through politics, not violent revolution.
Now I know we're talking about Utah and not California, but sometimes I wonder if I did the right thing leaving teaching - especially when money is tight.  Teachers don't make a lot when it comes to supporting a family, but if you're single like me, it's pretty good.  But when I hear about something like this, I'm glad I am no longer a part of this system.  If I were a teacher in that district could I have done something about this?  Absolutely not.  If I spoke up I would have been told to stay out of it as it was an administrative concern, not a teaching concern.  If I went to the media and the district found out, I would get a little slip in my permanent file that would read:  Agitator.  Boat rocker.  Not a team player.  And the like.
By working together and bringing about a National Socialist order we can prevent this from happening in the future.  As to this particular incident we can only hope that there is so much negative press that those responsible will either be fired, or at least think twice before pulling this crap again on little children.
And I thought Mormons were supposed to be VERY Christian.  Doesn't sound to me like a very Christian thing to do.  Well, as people like that say, "Nothing personal.  Just business.  And business is business."
Bullshit.

This One Is For Non-Whites

On MLK Day, black men's rate of labor participation falls to lowest on record -- But Democrats want to triple foreign workers

Just in time for the national celebration of the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr., the U.S. Labor Department reported that the labor force participation rate of black American men is the lowest ever recorded.
King, of course, was deeply concerned about economic justice for all marginalized Americans, regardless of race or ethnicity. But he would surely be especially appalled at the virtual abandonment of black men by our country's economic decisionmakers who claim the nation has a labor shortage that demands more foreign labor.
President Obama's and other Democratic leaders' lack of concern -- or at least understanding -- for the plight of the descendants of America's slavery system is the most upsetting, because they claim to be the biggest champions of black Americans.
Late last week, economist Dean Baker (co-director of the Center for Economic and Policy Research) talked about the Labor Department's latest jobs report on PBS:
The drop in labor force participation was sharpest for African Americans, who saw a decline of 0.3 percentage points to 60.2 percent, the lowest rate since December of 1977.
"The rate for African American men fell 0.7 percentage points to 65.6 percent, the lowest on record."
But look how much exposure the President and other Democratic leaders have given to their quest for expanded immigration the past year, contrasted with any spotlighting of combatting the collapse of paid work among black Americans.
Why are  Democratic leaders so committed to giving out lifetime work permits to more and more immigrant workers regardless of the number of Americans not working?  The only explanation that makes any sense is that they know immigrant workers arrive overwhelmingly predisposed to prefer the Democratic Party's approach to government and, thus, Democratic leaders treat immigration as a global Democratic voter registration program.  And nothing can cause them to pull back from their quest -- not even the sabotage of the MLK dream of economic equality among the races.
Every single Democratic Senator ignored concerns about the effect on black and other unemployed Americans last June and voted to triple lifetime immigrant work permits over the next decade.  More than 95% of the Democrats in the House of Representatives have co-sponsored a bill to triple immigration. Pres. Obama continues to say that tripling the flow of foreign labor is perhaps his highest priority.
Flooding the labor market with competitors from other countries has become a litmus test in the Democratic Party.  It is almost impossible for a person to run for Congress with the full blessing of the Democratic Party unless that person swears loyalty to the idea of mass immigration of foreign workers.
Strangely, this puts all those Democrats at the service of the corporate special interests who are on the verge of persuading House Republican leaders to finally agree to a "path to cheaper labor" that will make all kinds of Americans -- but especially black American men -- absolutely unnecessary to American employers.
Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Comment:
I hope this story helps to convince non-Aryan Americans that this system is screwing you over as much as it is screwing us.  In other words, we're all in the same boat.
It's bad enough for Blacks to get a raw deal when there is a White man in the Oval Office, but there's not.  You Folks are getting jerked around by one of your own!  And now he wants to give work permits to ten million new foreign workers this year.  Just what do you think your chances are of getting a decent job then?
It's as I've been saying.  We are NOT your enemy.  The system is your enemy as it is our enemy. The system is the enemy of every single member of the 99% regardless of race, color, or creed.  Hell, even sexual orientation too.  The more the merrier.
The system is not colour blind.  It can see two colors:  Green and gold.

State Of The Union Address

Folks, last night I watched the SOTU Address - at least I tried.  I came into it about five minutes late and made through about ten minutes before it started to make me sick.  I didn't want it to ruin my dinner so I put in a DVD.

Among the things discussed was how Obama bragged about raising the minimum wage by executive order. This means he ordered it on his say so alone.  I'm all in favour of raising the minimum wage, but we're supposed to have a system of checks and balances.  The president can't just decided what needs to be done and do it on his authority alone.  Oh well, another part of the Constitution goes into the circular file.

He defended the NSA's domestic spying program as being necessary to keep us safe, but assured us that this won't effect "ordinary citizens".  The trouble is the NSA gets to decide who is ordinary and who is not. If you think hard enough, almost anyone can qualify as a terrorist or at risk for being a terrorist if he's ever criticized the government, or even told a racist joke about Obama.

He also claims to have Afghanistan under control and most of the troops will soon be coming home.  Well we'll know for certain whether he's full of it or not soon enough.  He said they'll be coming home later this year.  Before you know it we'll be approaching New Year's Day again and we'll have proof one way or the other.  If he does come through, the bulk of our troops should be home by no later than Thanksgiving Day so they can spend the holidays with their families.

He also talked about closing Guantanamo Bay.  Now this is one thing where he does have the power to act alone.  Guantanamo is a military installation and he is Commander-In-Chief of the military.  He can close it with just a stroke of his pen.  He said he will this year. Again, it won't take long to see whether he'll keep his word or not.  If he does, again it should be no later than November so those members of the military stationed there can spend the holidays with their families.  After a hard time of torturing people, they deserve the holidays at home, don't they?  Torture is hard work.

Folks, I think for the most part, Obama is full of manure.  Since closing Guantanamo Bay is the easiest of all his promises to keep, I'm going to concentrate on that.  If he does NOT keep this promise, I'm going to write an editorial slamming him worse than I have ever done with anybody before on this blog.  If he DOES keep his promise, I'll write an open apology to him for doubting his word.  I say this because I'm 95% positive I won't have to issue that apology.  Time will tell.  Fortunately it won't be that long.

American Priorities Are Nothing Less Than Asinine

Comment:

That is one of the most embarrassing things I've ever seen on MSNBC…or any other outlet. Just flat-out embarrassing. In a nutshell, it is everything wrong with "traditional" media today.

Andrea Mitchell, a usually well-regarded television journalist, was having a serious discussion with former Congresswoman Jane Harman, when she suddenly stopped the interview to cut-away for breaking news - about Justin Beiber!  I mean you gotta be kidding. Interrupting a serious interview because some snot nosed 20-year-old kid gets himself arrested for a number of basically small things including resisting arrest.  He probably copped the attitude, "You can't do this to me!  I'm Justin Beiber!"
Once again, America embarrasses itself with its warped sense of what's important.  Folks, I have friends in Europe.  One of them brought this video to my attention.  I don't know about the rest of the world, but Europe is laughing at us over this.  Australia too.

America's obsession with celebrities blinds it to truly important matters.  Could it be that this is intentional?  Absolutely.  Ancient Rome used to provide their citizens with lots of free entertainment so they would care less about how the government was run.  Ancient Romans were more interested in who would be the next gladiatorial champ or who was going to win the next chariot race than what their own government was doing.

If Edward Gibbon (1737-1794) were still alive, he'd be able to write a sequal to his "Decline And Fall Of The Roman Empire".  It could be aptly titled:  The Decline And Fall Of The United States Of America.  If anyone is unable to see the similarities between these two nations you'd better pull your heads out.  History is repeating itself.

No matter what, the United States is finished.  It's just a matter of time.  What we as National Socialists must concern ourselves with is just what will take its place?  A clone government with similar policies and philosophies, or one with a different perspective?  A perspective that has been used successfully before.

If you care for the future of our Folk, then $upport the ANP and consider running for a local office.  If you succeed, you'll get a paying job with a pension (even if you only serve one term), and you'll be helping your Race.  It's a win-win situation.

If you're willing to try, contact me.  I'm here to help.  But don't wait too long.  Elections have deadlines for filing.

Republicans believe rich people just work harder.

StAFF WRITERS - THU JAN 23, 2014 AT 08:51 AM PST

A new Pew Research Center/USA Today poll echoes Quinnipiac in finding that voters want to see the minimum wage increased and unemployment aid extended; once again, even Republicans support raising the minimum wage, 53 percent to 43 percent. Republicans are just about exactly flipped on unemployment aid: 43 percent want to see it extended while 54 percent don't. Democrats are overwhelmingly in favor of both policies, as are strong majorities of independents.

But the survey also highlights a fundamental difference in how Republicans and Democrats see economic inequality and poverty: Republicans actually believe that rich people are rich because they worked harder and poor people are poor because they didn't work hard enough:
A child raised in the bottom fifth of the income scale through much of the southern United States has around a 5 percent chance of rising to the top fifth—4 percent in Atlanta and 4.3 percent in Charlotte—while a low-income child has a 9.6 percent chance of rising in Los Angeles and 11.2 percent in San Francisco. Do Republicans think poor kids in California are just twice as likely to be hardworking as poor kids in Georgia and North Carolina? Or might there be something else going on? Not to mention, even an 11.2 percent chance of going from low-income to high-income is pretty damn low if what we're looking at is an issue of merit. Those numbers are in line with Pew's earlier finding that 43 percent of Americans born in the bottom fifth of the income ladder never move up, and a full 70 percent never reach the middle. The "this is about advantages and inequality, not individual merit" hypothesis gains strength when you learn that rich kids with below-average test scores are more likely to graduate from college than poor kids with above-average test scores.
Rich people are rich because they worked harder, my ass. This is a convenient belief if you're wealthy, but in the vast majority of cases, reality it is not. And on that mistaken—and often self-interested—belief rests a long list of Republican policy positions that are increasing inequality and poverty, year by year by year.

Comment:

They work harder than we do?  How many of them come home from work everyday with their asses dragging two inches above the ground from exhaustion?  Damn few.  Oh they may get stress headaches and ulcers, but not too many develop bad backs from their jobs, or a bum leg like me.  Yeah my right leg is going gimpy on me from a fall at work.

When we say, "You have to have money to make money", there have been some rich people who have said, "No you don't.  There are many ways to make a fortune without having to put in very much of your own capital."  Okay rich people, tell me how.  Lay it out for me step by step.  What's the big secret?  Prove you're right and teach me how to make a lot of money using very little of my own - because that's all I have - VERY LITTLE.

Aye, there's the rub, as Hamlet said.  Supposedly there are a lot of ways to make a lot of money starting with very little, but I don't know what they are.  No one ever taught me.  How can I work hard for wealth if I don't know how?  The rich sure aren't stupid.  They know as well as we do that you can't work your way to wealth as an ordinary blue collar or even a lower level white collar worker by simply collecting a paycheck every two weeks.   You have to know how to make money to be able to make money.  All we know how to do is our jobs and that will never make anyone rich.

So rich people, unless you're willing to share for free your money making secrets, don't you dare tell us we must worker harder in order to be rich.  The only ones who will get rich by us working harder is YOU!

Reinhard Heydrich

Earlier this week I mentioned that Reinhard Heydrich spoke fluent Yiddish.  I also said I would explain how at a later time.  Here it is.

Bundesarchiv Bild 146-1969-054-16, Reinhard Heydrich.jpg

Heydrich (March 7, 1904 – June 4, 1942) learned the language while he was the Deputy Protector of Bohemia and Moravia.

After deportations of Jews to labor camps in the east began, he approached an old Jewish rabbi and expressed an interest in learning Yiddish.  It was well known that any Jewish worker who had skills essential to Germany such as manufacturing skills like welders, machinists, mechanics, and other skilled workers were issued a Blauschein, or Blue Slip.  All others were to be shipped out to labor camps.  Obviously the Germans would not consider being a rabbi as essential, so they would be among the first to go.  Heydrich arranged a Blauschein for him in exchange for his instruction in Yiddish.

The lessons went well and Heydrich was a quick study.  He intended to take instruction in Hebrew next, but unfortunately one day the rabbi left his home forgetting his Blauschein and the SS ordered him onto a train heading east.  They ignored the rabbi's insistance that he was teaching Yiddish to Heydrich.

With the complications to the paperwork, Heydrich decided not to try and secure the rabbi's release, and decided also not to try and find another who would teach him Hebrew.

Why would he want to even bother learning Yiddish and Hebrew?  Heydrich had been an admirer of a Chinese General named Sun Tzu (544-496 BC) who wrote a book called "The Art Of War".  This is where the famous quotation "Know your enemy, know yourself and victory will be yours" came from.  Heydrich believed it.

Walmart: America's real 'Welfare Queen'

By Paddy Ryan

Walmart, one of the richest corporations in the world, refuses to pay its employees a livable wage or provide any form of decent healthcare, increasing reliance on government assistance, and the need for a social safety net.
At over $446 billion per year, Walmart is the third highest revenue grossing corporation in the world. Walmart earns over $15 billion per year in pure profit and pays its executives handsomely. In 2011, Walmart CEO Mike Duke – already a millionaire a dozen times over – received an $18.1 million compensation package. The Walton family controlling over 48 percent of the corporation through stock ownership does even better. Together, members of the Walton family are worth in excess of $102 billion – which makes them one of the richest families in the world.
What is shameful is that CEO Mike Duke makes more money in one hour, than his employees earn in an entire year. Yet, Walmart – which employs millions of people in its stores, distribution centers, and warehouses – continues to abuse its employees and refuses to pay them a livable wage. The company has frequently been charged with wage theft claims by workers who point to the most common forms of wage theft: the refusal to pay proper overtime, the refusal to honor the minimum wage, and illegal paycheck deductions.
Meanwhile, Walmart routinely blocks any attempt by workers to organize, using anti-union propaganda and scare tactics, firing employees without just cause, failing to provide any form of decent healthcare coverage or a livable wage.
To make matters worse, these abusive Walmart policies have increased employee reliance on government assistance and the need for a government funded social safety net. In fact, Walmart has become the number one driver behind the growing use of food stamps in the United States with "as many as 80 percent of workers in Wal-Mart stores using food stamps."
Wal-Mart's poverty wages force employees to rely on $2.66 billion in government help every year, or about $420,000 per store. In state after state, Wal-Mart employees are the top recipients of Medicaid. As many as 80 percent of workers in Wal-Mart stores use food stamps.
Walmart's employees receive $2.66 billion in government help every year, or about $420,000 per store. They are also the top recipients of Medicaid in numerous states. Why does this occur?Walmart fails to provide a livable wage and decent healthcare benefits, costing U.S. taxpayers an annual average of $1.02 billion in healthcare costs. This direct public subsidy is being given to offset the failures of an international corporate giant who shouldn’t be shifting part of its labor costs onto the American taxpayers.
Wal-Mart workers’ reliance on public assistance due to substandard wages and benefits has become a form of indirect public subsidy to the company. In effect, Wal-Mart is shifting part of its labor costs onto the public.
Recently, Walmart workers have been speaking out against the abuses they face because of excessive corporate greed. For the first time in Walmart's 50 year history, workers at multiple stores are striking. Last week, over 70 Walmart workers in Los Angeles decided to walk off the job.

The Huffington Post reported this week that the recent wave of Walmart strikes has now grown to 12 cities across the United States, with workers walking off the job in Dallas, Seattle, the Bay Area, Miami, the Washington D.C. area, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Chicago and Orlando, in addition to cities in Kentucky, Missouri and Minnesota.
According to the United Food and Commercial Workers, 88 workers from 28 different stores went on strike yesterday.
And it's not just Walmart's storefront employees speaking out for justice. The warehouse workers that Walmart employs through its supply chain have been striking as well. Walmart warehouse workers in Illinois and California also went on strike earlier this month.
They are fed up. And we should be too. Walmart should no longer be allowed to turn its back on the American worker and push its labor costs onto the American taxpayer. We need to protect our social safety net, American workers and American taxpayers. If Walmart can afford to pay CEO Mike Duke an $18.1 million bonus package, it can afford to provide a living wage for those whose sweat and hard work has made Walmart one of the richest corporations in the world.
Comment:
How much more can I add?  It's companies like Wal-Mart that are destroying the American way of life.  They are vampires who are bleeding the worker in particular and society in general dry.
Our call goes out to you who earn your bread through honest work. If you don't want your children, and your children's children to be damned for all eternity as slaves of world capitalism, if you don't want to be made the protectors of Stock Exchange bandits and other blood suckers by your treacherous leaders, if you are on the contrary filled with a fanatical will for freedom, then join the ranks of the National Socialist German Workers Party. - Text of a leaflet written by Adolf Hitler October, 1926.

Bill Enables Congress to Sue President over Failure to ‘Faithfully Execute’ Laws

Rep. Jim Gerlach, R-Pa., proposed a bill (H.R. 3857) that would allow the House and Senate to sue an Administration for failing to enforce the law or violating the Constitution. Gerlach says the legislation is needed due to “unparalleled use of executive discretion to selectively apply or enforce duly-enacted laws,” including immigration laws.
Gerlach said the Obama Administration’s actions "have not only exceeded the rights and responsibilities bestowed on a president by the U.S. Constitution, but they have undermined the collective work that Congress constitutionally fulfills under Article I. The U.S. Code is not an a la carte menu compiled to serve the whims of a president and federal agencies — and no president or executive agency, regardless of political party or affiliation — should be able to simply pick and choose the laws they believe should be enforced based on their policy agenda or political wants."
H.R. 3857 would give the House and Senate authority to file in court for "declaratory and injunctive relief to compel the president to faithfully execute" specific laws. Both chambers would first have to pass a resolution supported by 60 percent of all members present and voting. The federal District Court in Washington D.C. would have to fast track a case (decision within 90 days after filing), which could be reviewed by the Supreme Court.
In an interview with the Capitol newspaper The Hill, Gerlach said his legislation would enable the Supreme Court to weigh in quickly on such issues. "We think it's the right balance between policy and politics within the legislative body," he said.
Comment:
Does this guy think the American people are stupid?  Boy does he know the American people. Too bad for him National Socialists are some of the few people left with any real brains.  I see through him as if he were made of glass.
This is just another pressure valve.  Considering the level of intelligence and gullibility of the average American, it's actually not a bad idea.
You see, this little con job will be great for the Republican Party, and may make the Democrats look like they don't care about the law - just getting things done their way regardless of the legalities.
First of all, this bill hasn't a chance to pass the Democrat controlled senate.  Second, the president will never sign this.  After all, if  you were president would you sign?  I wouldn't. Why would I give congress the power to sue me for any reason?  Why would I deliberately subject myself to the headache of having another Sword of Damocles hanging over my head?  And it would be me that voluntarily put it there!  That wouldn't be stupid, it would be crazy.
Obama may be an idiot and the worst president ever, but he isn't crazy.
You see how this is going to work?  The people (Gerlach is hoping) will think he and the rest of the Republican Congress care about the law and the Democratic Senate and the president don't.  And since the bill will never pass the senate or the president, congress will never have to put themselves in the position of suing the president of the United States.  But congress will be able to say, "Well we tried.  The senate and the president wouldn't go along with this bill. They're the bad guys this time."  Pretty slick.
Sometimes you gotta admire their Chutzpah.  Forgive my use of Yiddish but it really is the ideal word to descibe this.  Oy Vey!  It's not so strange.  I bet some of you didn't know that Heydrich spoke fluent Yiddish.  Sometime I'll tell the story of how he came to learn it.

Mid-Month - A Little Late

Well I am late with my mid-month report but no harm done.  I know how much you all just love my rambles about this and that.

I really hope everyone has their pledges in by now.  If not, well it's almost time for February's pledge so if you haven't sent them out yet let's get cracking.

For those of you who are worried because you have not received a WW yet, don't be.  If you are in good standing it will come.  Remember our old copy machine died.  It's been replaced and is better than the old one (it makes colour copies).  But first we had to get it, then Chairman Suhayda had to set it up, and learn how to use it properly.  It has a lot more buttons than the old one.  You younger comrades would learn it immediately, but it takes us old goats a little longer to get friendly with new technology.  The next issue will be along soon and bigger and better than ever.  If you are NOT in good standing you are going to miss out. That would be too bad because the issue after the next won't be as big.

I've just passed the 140,000 visitor mark for this blog.  I'll be pushing 150,000 by the time Sense And Sensibility's four year anniversary rolls around on April 20.  Seemed like an appropriate day to start an NS blog.  Thanks to everyone for their support, and especially to those who have sent me articles.

There is still no definite news about a new Nazi Store.  Since it got shut down, I first got a bad cold, then a week later I got that flu that's been going around.  I didn't miss a day's posting, but I did miss a lot of work and had to make it up.  I won't say any more because I don't like to get too personal on an open blog but there have been a few other problems as well.  Most of which have been handled or are being handled.  You can get out of any difficulty as long as you are willing to do what is necessary.

However, I've caught up with work, my problems are under control, and I'm hoping to be able to spend a couple of daytime hours Friday on some business calls with the hosting company I'm interested in and a company that sells templates for website stores.  I may be able to start working on a new site this weekend, but I'm not promising anything.  I'll try though.

We've added a lot of new videos to our video blog, including a 54 minute documentary called "Television Under The Swastika".  NS Germany was WAY ahead of EVERYONE in almost EVERY way.

That's all for now.

When are we going to invade communist Alaska?

By Staff Writers

You might've missed it, but a writer named Jesse Meyerson at Rolling Stone wrote a jocular piece on reversing the gross income inequality we suffer from in this country today. He proposed five reforms:
1. Guaranteed work for everybody (such as the WPA during the Great Depression, which was copied directly from one of Adolf Hitler's work programs).
2. Universal basic income. That's exactly what that sounds like—free government money for everyone. It would be overt redistribution of wealth.
3. Taxing land, as opposed to taxing work, businesses and goods.
4. Collective ownership. Not by seizing warehouses and whatnot. But by buying the shares of publicly traded companies. That's called a Sovereign Wealth Fund.
5. More public state-owned banks. If it's good enough for conservative North Dakota, why not everyone else?
Read down the list, and you can see why conservatives would freak out. They already see communists under every bed. Getting them this close to what appears to be a modern-day variant can only induce severe palpitations.
But as Meyerson himself noted, two of these (two of the three most controversial, in fact) are already practiced by Alaska. Sarah Palin's Alaska.
There's this thing called the Alaska Permanent Fund, enshrined in the state Constitution. It's essentially free money to Alaska residents, paying out varying amounts depending on the returns of the fund. In 2008, it was over $3,000 per person. Last year, it was $900. And the source of the money? A sovereign wealth fund (#4 above)—an investment fund funded by oil revenues.
I won't pretend to fully embrace every single one of these items, at least not without further details, but the right-wing reaction has been hysterically hysterical. You'd think Janet Yellen was proposing this from her perch at the Fed. And ultimately, much of this has already been embraced by conservatives (see Alaska), or would advance conservative goals such as simplifying the tax code and eliminating corporate taxes.
So are conservative freedom fighters ready to do battle in Alaska to rid itself of such communistic vestiges as "redistribution of wealth" and "free money for residents" and "government-owned investment fund"? Will they march on North Dakota's people-owned bank? I'd pay into a sovereign wealth fund to see that happen!
Comment:
Doesn't it make you wonder why most people haven't heard of this before?  Because the Judeo-Capitalists don't WANT you to know, that's why.
Now I admit this is not National Socialism by a long shot.  However, it is a good step in the right direction.  Redistribution of wealth (the Judeo-Capitalists REALLY hate this), free money for residents (the JD's don't mind this as long as the money is spent on material things - which most of it probably is), and a government owned investment fund to be administered for the people. Workers with an investment fund?!  Unthinkable!  If this is allowed to continue the working class might actually start to think they are as good as the one percent.  A people-owned bank?!  Now that's just going too far.  The people can't own their own banks.  If this continues, they won't need Judeo-Capitalist banksters at all.  Intolerable!
Of course this does not go nearly as far as National Socialism, and it doesn't touch on race at all, but at least it is proving that Judeo-Capitalism isn't the only way.
One big financial wheel (I don't remember who) said, "Without Capitalism (Judeo-Capitalism) there can be no freedom."   Freedom for whom?  Not the working class, that's for certain.
Since the Alaska system is in place and seems to be working - at least better than the rest of the country, it proves that National Socialism - which just takes all this much further - CAN work. After all, Alaska has been rated as one of the most prosperous states.  I don't think you can attribute all of this to its oil.  California and Texas also have a lot of oil and they are a mess.
It's not just a matter of resouces.  It's also a matter of HOW these resouces are administered. If it's administered for the one percent the people will be left with very little.  If it's administered for the people, we will have a decent standard of living and the rich will still be rich - just not as much.  Too bad.  Maybe they have to give up one of their yachts or private planes. Maybe they might have to sell their ski chalets in Switzerland.  Tsk, tsk.  Poor little rich boys.  No one understands.

NSA Data Have No Impact on Terrorism: Report

  Jan 13, 2014 1:07 PM PT

A public policy group says a review of U.S. terrorist arrests shows the government’s collection of bulk phone records does little to prevent terrorism, adding fuel to a debate over whether the spy program should be ended.
The nonprofit New America Foundation, based inWashington, analyzed cases involving 225 people recruited by al-Qaeda or other terrorist groups and charged in the U.S. since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks. The majority of cases started with traditional techniques, such as use of “informants, tips from local communities, and targeted intelligence operations,” according to a report today from the group, which has been critical of the NSA spy programs.
“Our investigation found that bulk collection of American phone metadata has had no discernible impact on preventing acts of terrorism and only the most marginal of impacts on preventing terrorist-related activity, such as fundraising for a terrorist group,” Peter Bergen, director of the foundation’s national security program, said in a statement.
The National Security Agency’s collection and use of bulk phone records, such as numbers dialed and call durations, is one of several surveillance programs exposed by former government contractor Edward Snowden. The disclosures have prompted calls both domestically and overseas for the U.S. to discontinue or alter the programs.

Obama Decisions

President Barack Obama plans on Jan. 17 to announce his decisions on whether to alter spy programs, which could include requiring Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ)AT&T Inc. (T) and other phone companies to retain phone records for the government.
New America Foundation receives funding from both public and private sources, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the U.S. Department of State, according to the group’s website. The foundation researches and analyzes a range of topics, including the inner workings of al-Qaeda, global economics and the U.S. education system. The Open Technology Institute, its technology arm, is in a coalition of privacy groups opposed to NSA’s data collection programs.
NSA Director Keith Alexander and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper had defended the use of bulk records as being essential to disrupting dozens of domestic and international terrorist plots when it was first exposed in June by Snowden. They since have backed off those claims.

Foiled Plots

Alexander told the Senate Judiciary Committee Oct. 2 that the program has helped stop only one or two terrorist plots inside the U.S. since it was begun in 2006. Clapper offered a new rationale for the program during the hearing, saying it can be used to provide “peace of mind” that there aren’t terrorist plots in the works.
A White House advisory panel appointed by Obama concluded in a Dec. 18 report the phone records program “was not essential to preventing attacks” and information needed to disrupt terrorist plots “could readily have been obtained in a timely manner using conventional” court orders.
The five members of the Review Group on Intelligence and Communications Technology are scheduled to testify tomorrow before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
The review group recommended putting limits on the NSA, including prohibiting the agency from collecting and storing billions of phone records. Instead, the data should be held by Verizon, AT&T and other carriers or a third party and only accessed by the NSA with a court warrant, the panel said.
Senator Patrick Leahy, a Vermont Democrat and chairman of the Judiciary Committee, has introduced legislation in line with the group’s recommendation.

‘Move Quickly’

The bulk metadata program is “a valuable tool” and “one of many programs the intelligence community uses to identify, track, and disrupt the activities of our adversaries, including terrorists,” Michael Birmingham, spokesman for the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, said in an e-mail.
“Neither this nor any other singular intelligence program can, by itself, ensure our national security,” he said. “The intelligence community has said that it would support modifications to the program that maintain the capability it provides, strengthens oversight and addresses concerns about civil liberties and privacy.”
Senator Dianne Feinstein, a California Democrat and chairman of the Senate intelligence committee, has vowed to kill legislation that would end the program. Carriers may have to spend $60 million a year to retain the phone records and face burdensome litigation, Feinstein said in a Jan. 9 interview.

‘Prevent Attack’

“This is to prevent an attack,” Feinstein said of the bulk phone records program. “You’ve got to move quickly when you have someone that is a known foreign terrorist calling into this country.”
Requiring the phone companies keep the records “presents a huge civil situation,” she said. “Would every detective or every attorney want to get the records?”
NSA spokeswoman Vanee Vines didn’t respond to a request for comment.
Kevin Bankston, policy director for the New American Foundation’s Open Technology Institute, has been part of a coalition of privacy advocates calling for the end of the collection of bulk phone records.

The foundation describes its work as “responsible to the changing conditions and problems of our 21st Century information-age economy,” according to the website. The foundation’s board chairman is Google Inc. Chairman Eric Schmidt, an Obama supporter.
Comment:
So, will any of this information help to end domestic spying?  Nope. Watching for foreign terrorist attacks is only their official reason for being.  The real reason is to keep better control over an increasingly discontent population.
It is true that these "malcontents" are a very small minority.  Most of the Sheeple are willing to accept anything as long as they can keep their toys, and all their forms of entertainment.  But as more and more people slip below the poverty line, the discontent grows.
ZOG is no fool.  They are looking ahead to a time when the malcontents won't be such a minority.  They are putting into place the necessary measures to control the population now, before we the People get too far out of hand.
It's not just the NSA.  Most of us have heard stories about using FEMA camps to detain political dissidents indefinately without trial.  Although I don't believe EVERY rumour I hear, I'm sure there is at least SOME truth to it.
So now I ask, what are you going to do about it?  You can go along with things like a good little drone, or you can stand up and be heard.  Many voices are better than one.  You need an organization behind you.  That organization is the American Nazi Party.  Help us to help you.  $upport the ANP as much as you can.
National Intelligence Director James Clapper says the domestic spy program provides Americans with "peace of mind" that there aren't any terrorist plots in the works.
I'll respond to that with a quote from playwright George Bernard Shaw:  What price salvaltion?

Meet the Press touches on immigration: 'Why don't we care more about our people?'

On Sunday, January 5th, National Economic Council director Gene Sperling and CNBC's Mad Money host Jim Cramer briefly touched on immigration onMeet The Press with David Gregory.
Sperling said "....tell me if we were to pass bipartisan immigration reform that would bring in more skilled workers, more STEM workers into our economy, if we were to launch a major effort to create jobs and modernize our infrastructure, of course that would increase the attractiveness of job location in our country."
The notion that we need to import more foreign workers to keep U.S. jobs here is difficult to defend, particularly when 20 million Americans who want a full-time job can't find one. What difference does it make to U.S. job seekers if the job they want is filled by a foreign worker domestically or abroad? Either way, they are out of luck.
Only one out of every two graduates with STEM degrees is hired into a STEM job. As theNew York Times reported last July, "plenty of potential candidates exist for thousands of positions for which companies want to import guest workers, according to an analysis of three million resumes of job seekers in the United States."
Cramer didn't specifically address the oversupply of U.S. STEM workers but his response to Sperling was a perspective in frequently heard on the Sunday morning talk shows:
"David don't you find it interesting that the dogma is now, post Clinton, pro-immigration at a time when we have a much larger supply of labor than we need and pro-free trade even though we're supposed to be greenhouse gas oriented. We know where those jobs go. Those jobs leave this country to countries that can pollute all they want. I've always wanted to know why the Democrats didn't say "you know what, we need a defense against the countries that take our jobs and pollute all over." Well we don't care about that. What we care about is when workers come to this country from other countries, they get jobs. Why don't we care more about our people?"
Cramer's charge that the U.S. government cares more about finding jobs for new foreign workers than for unemployed Americans is a serious one, but government data backs him up.
From 2000-2013 - a period that saw more immigration than any other time in U.S. history - all of the net employment gains went to immigrant workers. Stronger evidence that putting unemployed Americans back work is a low priority for Washington would be difficult to find.
The question of how mass immigration is impacting American mobility will have to wait for another Sunday show. Gregory avoided Cramer's question, opting instead to move on to Wall Street, which incidentally profits from mass immigration by way of depressed wages.

WTF?!  The Jews Media actually sticking up for the people?  Give me a break.  It's just another pressure valve technique.  It's the media themselves who coined the politically correct terms of "undocumented worker" and "undocumented resident".  I even read that one media source actually had the nerve to refer to them as "undocumented citizens".  Talk about your oxymorons!  It is impossible to be a citizen without documentation therefore the term "undocumented citizen" is ludicrous.  If you're a citizen you have documentation.  If you are undocumented, you cannot be a citizen.
Aside from the government itself, no one has been a bigger supporter of illegal aliens than the media - and we all know why.  Just look at who controls about 90 percent of it - including Meet The Press.

Naw, the Jews don't control the media.  We National Socialists are all paranoid.
Folks, the facts speak for themselves.  If this is not deliberate, are we supposed to believe that a 90 percent Jewish control of the media is a coincidence?  Not bloody likely.
If you want the truth, then the ANP is the right place to be.  We don't lie or use tricky propaganda techniques.  Here you get the whole truth.  Okay, some of it is my opinion, but it's opinion based on fact.  The same with Chairman Suhayda's ANP Reports.  You get the truth, and his opinions based on the truth.  Our other blogs as well.
Why should anyone take my word on this?  Simple.  Both they and the ANP have our messages.  But there is a crucial difference.  They are making a fortune.  We are making nothing.  Need I say anything else?
I did get this story from NumbersUSA.  Like I've previously said, they are a sincere, but misguided organization who still believes the system can be fixed.  Hopefully they'll see the truth for themselves someday:  THE SYSTEM CANNOT BE FIXED.
